Model DCVE Double Check Valve Assemblies prevent the backflow of pollutants or contaminated water into the potable water system due to backsiphonage or backpressure. It consists of an unleaded bronze body and single access cover (3/4” to 2”) or fusion bonded epoxy coated ductile iron (2 ½” to 10”) body construction. The model DCVE are easy to maintain and service with no special tools required. Model DCVE are designed for cross-connections identified as non-health hazard applications by the local authority having jurisdiction. Local codes shall govern installations requirements.
