AWWA C512 SEWAIR-COMBO NXC®
COMPACT, 3-FUNCTION AIR VALVE
Representing the Next Generation of wastewater air valve technology, Flomatic’s Sewair‑Combo® NXC meets AWWA C512 and is a compact, full‑bore, single‑chamber combination air valve engineered to provide reliable air release and vacuum protection in demanding sewage applications.
Designed for durability, it features a ductile iron body with a 316 stainless steel float and two convenient cleanout ports, ensuring long service life and simplified maintenance. The Sewair‑Combo® NXC operates as a three‑function valve, efficiently releasing air during system filling, preventing vacuum conditions during draining, and expelling entrapped air under pressure to maintain optimal pipeline performance.
It offers a 2-inch size range, maximum operating pressure of 230 PSI, and maximum temperature of 140°F, making it well‑suited for modern wastewater systems. Built to provide dependable protection against pipeline collapse and air‑related inefficiencies, this AWWA C512 valve is a trusted solution for municipal wastewater infrastructure.
RESILIENT FLAPPER-STYLE SWING CHECK VALVES
Flomatic’s 745 Surge‑Stopper® valves are part of the Flo‑Flex® family of rubber disc swing check valves, offering one of the industry’s most comprehensive lines for water and wastewater applications. Designed to reduce surge and water hammer, the 745 features a flexible rubber disc and an AWWA C508‑compliant flange‑to‑flange lay length for easy integration into existing systems.
